In case you haven't heard, the wonderful people who ensure that all your personal information is kept Top Secret have devised yet another way of ensuring that this is done. Some of you may have already expressed preferences regarding marketing, but it may be best to review these under the circumstances, as, unless we have express permission from you we cannot even send you things like vaccination reminders. Obviously we never give out or share any of this stuff with anyone, unless it's for accounting purposes, so if any third party rings you up or sends you texts or emails trying to sell you animal related things, it won't be anything to do with us!! Occasionally, although you have been to us before and you and your pet are registered on the surgery computers, the system will not recognise you. This may be due to a number of reasons, most commonly either we have an error in your pet's name, your phone number or your email, your phone number or email that we have are different to the one you are using, or we do not have either.
If this happens, please DO NOT register as a new client, it will generate multiple animal and client records on our system. Please call the surgery, we will update your records and you can continue.
